Hi! I'm Loretta - owner of The Fit Female. I'm a fully qualified personal trainer from The Institute of Personal Training where i finished my study in 2017.
I specialise in female body recomposition - which pretty much means we emphasise the importance of not only losing body fat but gaining muscle at the same time. I help you gain the confidence you've always deserved and to have a new appreciation for your body. My studio is a private area where you can feel totally comfortable at any fitness level. I wanted to create a space that women feel empowered to take their health into their own hands. My goal for you is to build sustainable habits that will allow you to get your results and to actually KEEP that physique over the long term.

Before training with The Fit Female, I was really hesitant with personal trainers as I previously had a really bad experience. However, Loretta has made me feel incredibly comfortable in my training. She has developed a personalised training program specifically tailored to my goals, strengths and ability.
She has a great studio and has allowed me to transition successfully back into the gym. It's not all about weight loss which I really like, the emphasis is on YOU. How you feel, improving your strength and she does this from a holistic perspective incorporating nutrition and exercise. Loretta is a gorgeous girl inside and out! She is an extremely passionate and enthusiastic trainer who really motivates you and believes in your goals. Frequently Asked Question
Our PT Sessions go for 45 minutes.
If your application form is successful, you will be invited to come to an Initial Consultation. Then we will go through your pre-filled form in more depth. We will then take measurements and progress photos as a tool to measure your future physique transformation.
This is completely up to you; however I do recommend that you start with at least 2 sessions per week for the first 2 training blocks - especially if you're a beginner in the fitness space. This will allow us to get you super confident and comfortable with your form and all exercises.
